We will pick up your luggage, send it to Santiago and store it for you (2025)

Here is the process for reservation of luggage pick up:

1. You reserve a pickup with us (as early as you can, to give us time to set this up).
   Ideally, we would like to have these requests 5 days in advance as a minimum.
   
   Please note: We will ship DHL Express for any pickups outside of Spain. We might use Correos from some pickups from within Spain.
   
   We would need to know:
   a) Name and address of the hotel/location of the pickup
   b)The phone number of this establishment (if the driver can not find the location, he will call this number to get directions)
   c) Your name
   d) The weight and measurements of the suitcase/piece of luggage
   e) Date of pickup (we can not promise an exact pickup time, so a reception of a hotel is great since there are always people there)
   
2. We will send you a PDF file of the shipping document well in advance (max 2 months before pickup) that you need to print out and attach to the suitcase/luggage. It is one piece of paper.
   
   Remember: You need to contact the Hotel to ask if it is ok for you to leave a bag with them and that they can give it to the DHL/Correos driver on the date of the pickup. We will not contact the hotel at all, we will only send the DHL/Correos driver on the date you give us.
   
   TIP regarding preparing the shipment/suitcase: Some see-through kitchen wrap plastic is great since you can put the shipping document under and wrap the plastic around the luggage. As long as it is possible to read the document under the plastic that should be fine.
   
   The shipment can have no batteries or liquids. It needs to be locked (wrapping it with plastic wrap is considered “locking it).
3. At the day of pickup, you leave the suitcase/luggage at the address we agreed on, and a DHL/Correos driver will come and pick it up and ship it to our office in Santiago de Compostela.
4. Once we have received the suitcase/luggage in Santiago, we will let you know and also send you a link for you to pay for the service. The price includes the shipping to Santiago and the storage fee here. You can pay online (we will send you a link) or if you prefer, you can pay in person with a card once you pick it up.

This depends of course on how heavy and large of an item you are shipping + from where you are shipping it from. You will see the prices below.

• 90 days (or more) of storage in Santiago de Compostela
