    My husband and I walked the Camino del Norte in June and July 2023. On our second day of walking we realized that we were carrying too much stuff and we shipped a box ahead to Ivar. Excellent communication with him and easy pick up once we arrived in Santiago. Also ordered guide books from him prior to our Camino. Excellent service all around. And the forum he runs for pilgrims is fantastic. Highly recommended!

    Great store. Didn’t find it until our 5 th Camino. Great store and service. We did not ship anything but wanted to buy guides at the store.

    Sent a bag containing post Camino (May 2023) travel attire to Casa Ivar from Madrid prior to walking and swapped it over in Santiago for my pack while I visited Portugal, on return Ivar delivered the pack to my hotel so that I did not missed my early morning bus connection, such a great service and super cost effective. Highly recommended, thanks Ivar

    Ivar is the best. Accidentally left my Compostela at the storage 2 years ago and he went through the trouble to find my contact details and ship me my documents. Gem of a human being. Very kind and clean storage.

    Excellent store with all guidebooks you may need for a camino, have ordered several books to Sweden and no problems with postal delivery. The forum is the absolute best place to get up-to-date and qualified help with your questions when preparing for a camino, I follow it every week. And I just love the video updates from Ivar, bringing back so many memories and at the same time, helping me to prepare for my next camino.

    I used Casa Ivar to transport a bag from Oviedo to Santiago de Compastella. There was a glitch with DHL for my shipping. The employees at CI were on top of it and made sure my bag made it to Santiago. I’m very much appreciative for what they did. I would highly recommend them.

    Very usefull site to find out all the ways to go on the caminos and enjoy the experience. Great advice from pilgrims who have walked the different caminos. Very useful questions from past, present and future pilgrims. Great work from Ivar who set up the site!
