Excellent store with all guidebooks you may need for a camino, have ordered several books to Sweden and no problems with postal delivery. The forum is the absolute best place to get up-to-date and qualified help with your questions when preparing for a camino, I follow it every week. And I just love the video updates from Ivar, bringing back so many memories and at the same time, helping me to prepare for my next camino.

The Casa Ivar Forum and Ivar’s video updates were very valuable to my planning process. I had to postpone our Camino from 2020 to 2022 and the frequent video updates were a source of hope. I ordered one of the guidebooks and it arrived in a water damaged state. I emailed Ivar to advise him of the situation. He quickly responded, apologized, and offered to send a replacement. I didn’t see his reply until about 3-4 months later. I had returned to the USA, so I responded that if the offer still stood, I would be happy to have another guide shipped to my daughters address in Madrid, and he did so right away. I am highly impressed with Ivar’s commitment to customer service, and will not hesitate to order from him again in the future.
