The Camino Forum

Hi, I’m Ivar in Santiago. I’ve been helping pilgrims plan their Camino since 2004. That’s when I started the Camino Forum.

The Camino Forum is an online community where pilgrims that have already walked the Camino help pilgrims that are brand new to it. They have a lot of questions and you can get help from real people that have walked it and have had their own experience and they’re willing to share it so that you can learn and it makes it easier for you to do your Camino. The Camino Forum was started in 2004, has more than 1.3 million posts and more than 80,000 Camino questions all asked and answered by real people.

So what can the Camino Forum do for you?

You can get to interact with real people, real pilgrims that have walked the Camino and they’re willing to share their experience and help you with all the questions that you might have. These are real people, there’s no AI, so you get answers and experiences shared by real pilgrims. So when you sign up for the Camino Forum you get emails from the Forum every day and also one every Saturday with the most read questions from the last week.

This means that you’re always up to date if there’s anything happening on the Camino that you’re walking.

So what does it cost?

Signing up for the Camino Forum doesn’t cost anything. You just need to register, fill out the information, basic information, username, email and location and then the account is created and sent to your email address.

You create an account and you get access to all these questions that have already been asked and answered by earlier pilgrims and you can also, when you’re signed up, sign in and ask your own questions. If you’re a non-paying member you will be seeing ads.

If you would like to remove the ads you can become a donating member either on a subscription basis or on a one payment basis and if you are a donating member I will remove all the ads for you and by doing so you also support my work in keeping this community going.

So how can I sign up? It’s easy. I’ll put a link in the description of the video below and you click there, sign up and then you can start planning your Camino.

Have a good trip and Buen Camino!
